Here's an idea, How about knocking off your passenger average, Run buses later, so your "Customers" can go to events theaters etc. Have routes people can use,..Instead of sitting in your offices trying to figure out schedule times..ride the buses,,as passengers, not as officials to understand "Real times" ..As in watch your connecting bus drive away because yours was late
How about not stopping the 905 at 12 midnight.. there are times I don't feel like driving when I go on a vacation and I have to get to work the next day.. buses to Schenectady from NYC only run during doctors hours so I need to take a bus into Albany and pay for a taxi to get home when my taxes already paid for public transit because the bus stops running too freaking early..
If you can't offer this service why not provide subsidized Lyft Line passes like some cities have done..
