The Albany-Tula Alliance is pleased to invite the public to “VodkArt,” an evening of Russian vodka toasting, food, music, and art on June 29th from 5:30 to 8:00 at the Albany Institute of History and Art, 125 Washington Street, Albany, NY.

This special event will raise funds for the organization’s 2012 education programs, and will help to cover the cost of sending Capital Region students to visit Russia in September. Participants will enjoy learning proper Russian toasting tradition and enjoy a unique collection of fine collectibles and art from Albany’s sister city in Tula, Russia.

This event is sponsored by a grant from the Times Union. The Albany Institute of History and Art is contributing the use of its facility, and Pristine Vodka is donating the beverages.
