Theater Voices presents a staged reading of “Black Tie” by A. R. Gurney, directed by Judy Spevack. An insightful, touching depiction of a man welcoming back that ghost many wish to banish — the parental voice that becomes an internal barometer of the propriety of our behavior, whether we like it or not. Performances May 18 at 8pm, May 19 at 3 & 8 pm and May 20 at 3 pm, held at Steamer No. 10 Theatre, 500 Western Avenue, Albany. Admission is free.
