Middle East analyst and author, Phyllis Bennis, will address that question when she speaks in Albany on the 6th of February.
Ms. Bennis has written eight books on the Middle East, is Director of the New Internationalism Project at the Institute of Policy Studies in Washington and a Fellow at the Trans-National Institute in the Netherlands. She has written and spoken extensively on the United Nations, US Foreign policy, Israel/Palestine, Iran, Iraq and Afghanistan. She will lead discussions at noon in the main branch of the Albany Public Library (161 Washington Avenue) and at 7:00 PM in Room 354 of the Humanities Building on the main campus of the State University of New York at Albany.
Ms. Bennis is a brilliant woman with much to share and the ability to share that knowledge clearly and concisely.
