Science Lecture Series: Recovery efforts for the endangered Karner blue butterfly at the Albany Pine

The Karner blue butterfly has disappeared throughout much of its range in the northeast and northern Midwest. The Albany Pine Bush Preserve is one of the few places where this endangered species still occurs in the northeastern U.S. Conservation Biologist Steve Campbell will be sharing the results of the science staff’s efforts to increase the population size of the Karner Blue butterfly at the Preserve. 7-8p.m. Free.
