Stay cool this summer and learn to skate, or polish your skating skills, with the Albany Figure Skating Club’s summer Basic Skills skating program. Group skating lessons are being offered by the Albany Figure Skating Club on Mondays from 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm on July 8, 2013 through August 26, 2013 at the Albany County Hockey Facility (830 Albany Shaker Rd., Albany, NY 12211).

The program provides ice skating instruction for skaters of all ages and abilities, including recreational, figure skaters, and hockey skaters aged preschool to adult. Previous skating experience is not required. Skaters will have a 30 minute group lesson with qualified instructors, and 30 minutes of skating time to practice their skills or to try one of our new specialty classes. The program will include 6- or 8- week options.

Detailed information about the programs and registration forms are available on the Albany Figure Skating Club’s website, www.albanyfsc.org, or contact Program Director Karla Schallehn at 413-388-4773 or AlbanyFSCBasicSkills@Gmail.com.
