Instructor Etta C. Fink designed this class to help create a healthy integrated state of balance for your body, brain and whole being. It is a wonderful way to take good care of yourself in a positive and accepting social environment. Work at your own pace to achieve your optimum state of health, vitality and well-being.

Classes include exercises for stretching and toning, posture, centering and alignment, gentle and low impact movement focused on increasing flexibility, coordination, strength and balance, plus self-care tools and techniques to help expand body awareness, use of breath, energy balancing and deeper relaxation. Additional benefits will include released stress, enhanced energy, focus and concentration, along with a greater sense of overall ease, positive optimism and well-being.

Etta C. Fink, wellness practitioner, dance/movement and fitness instructor, brings
more than 20 years of experience in the field of body centered wellness and self-care.
