The teen center, aerobics teaching area, conference room and all administrative offices are located upstairs, but Letts noted people in those rooms can still look down and watch the front desk or look out over the gym. Security also has been beefed up in the new facility. Sixteen cameras will be fed to the screens at the front desk, with up to four employees monitoring them at a given time.
While parking has been an issue at the Broadway facility, there are around 300 parking spaces at the new location. Traffic for the childcare service has been addressed, with vehicles picking up and dropping off children at a side entrance, so parents' vehicles are a little removed from regular member traffic.
