"I think we can look at anything at this point," he said.
At the same press conference, Mayor Valerie Keehn said she vehemently opposed the selling of the building.
"I believe that this is the people's City Hall," she said.
Oesch said she would have mixed feelings about the sale.
"The building itself is wonderful, but the police need to be moved out of there," said Oesch.
Meanwhile, the Downtown Business Association will keep its ear to the ground as things progress.
"I don't think it's such a hot topic right now for us as some other things " the sale of Lillian's lot, for example," said Oesch. "This is still in its early stages, but we'll discuss it as things develop."
