School officials said that the district will continue to pay close attention to how its resources are allocated.

Shenendehowa is the largest school district in Saratoga County, with 13 schools and an operating budget of approximately $146 million for the current school year. Officials recently enacted a spending cap on certain items for the current year in hopes of saving $4 million and preparing for massive cuts in state aid in the coming year.""
