Lee Lussier, the former treasurer of the Halfmoon West Crescent Fire Department, pled guilty to grand larceny, Monday, June 30, for stealing money from the fire department.
He was ordered to pay $43,000 in restitution. District Attorney James A. Murphy III also asked that a jail sentence be imposed when Judge Jerry Scarano sentences Lussier.
Lussier's wife, Dawn pled guilty to felony falsifying business records.
She was the banquet hall manager at the time of the arrest.
Dawn will pay $18,400 in restitution and will be sentenced to at least five years of probationary supervision.
