Myers said there is no limit for how many skaters can be on the pond at once.
"We wouldn't get that many [skaters] at a time that we'd ever stress it enough," he said.
Morgan said he has already been impressed this season by the number of skaters interested in using the rinks. He said that on Martin Luther King Jr. Day, nearly 75 people showed up to use the pond.
Myers said skating season typically runs until about the second week in February, when the sun's ray begin to come in at a new angle.
