Colonie rated safest place with at least 75,000 residents

According to CQ Press, a research organization that analyzes FBI data, The Town of Colonie is the safest municipality with a population greater than 75,000 people.

Doug Goldenberg-Hart, the senior acquisitions editor, said the data accounts for murder, rape, robbery, assault, burglary and car theft.
