A portion of the parking lot next to Lillian's Restaurant on Broadway in Saratoga Springs collapsed Thursday, April 29, and will be closed indefinitely to both vehicles and pedestrians, according to officials.
The parking lot collapsed because of structural damage and has been deteriorating for months now.
