Colonie police arrested Solomon M. Winternitz, 31, of 86 Division St., Schenectady, for the misdemeanor charges of public lewdness and endangering the welfare of a child earlier this morning, Friday, Oct. 22.

Winternitz was arraigned in Colonie Justice Court and remanded to Albany County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1,500 cash bail or $3,500 bond.
