A humanitarian is remembered

Town of Bethlehem officials gathered on the lawn of Town Hall on Friday, April 29, to dedicate a bench to the memory of Tom Little, a Delmar optometrist gunned down last year while on a humanitarian mission in Afghanistan. His wife, Libby Little, was on hand to say a few words, as were members of the Bethlehem Town Board and town staff. Libby Little earlier this year accepted the Medal of Freedom on her husband's behalf from President Barack Obama.
