Canada to Capital District drug pipeline broken up with final two arrests

According to police reports the remaining individuals were all charged in local court:

John Snow, 27, of Hogansburgh was charged with criminal possession of marijuana in the first degree (more than 10 pounds) and conspiracy in the fourth degree, both felonies.

Margarete Jacobs, 34, of Fort Covington was charged with conspiracy in the fourth degree.

Austin Thompson, 18, of Akwesane, Canada was charged with conspiracy in the fourth degree.

Kyle Macduff, 22, of Cohoes, was charged with criminal possession of marijuana in the first degree and conspiracy in the fourth degree.

Charles Bushey, 29, of Troy was charged with criminal possession of marijuana in the first degree and conspiracy in the fourth degree.

The arrests were made at various times during the past few months throughout the investigation, said police.
