— A 2004 Ford Suburban ended up on its side after being t-boned on Route 9R on Thursday morning after it was making a left-hand turn.

According to Colonie Police Lt. Paul Brannigan, Kathleen Bullock, 51, of Watervliet was making a left-hand turn when she was hit by Zosia Dunn, 19, who was driving down 9R. Brannigan said Bullock did not notice Dunn before she was hit and was struck in the tail end of her vehicle, causing it to turn over on its side.

Bullock was extricated from her vehicle but was not injured. Dunn also did not suffer any injuries as a result of the accident.

Brannigan said the incident was submitted to the Colonie Police Department Traffic and Safety Division. No charges were filed against either driver and the case has been settled.
