The Flavors 450 dishes are already being introduced in Beverwyck dining rooms, but even when fully rolled out residents will still always be able to choose to have something off the regular menu.
Chef Neff definitely made a few converts with a spring vegetable risotto he cooked up on Thursday, though. His recipes also allow for plenty of changes so residents can usually substitute or add whatever they like to the dish, which gives chefs an opportunity to be creative, as well.
Neff has appeared on "The Oprah Winfrey Show," the "Today" show and been featured in a number of food magazines and other publications. For those unable to enjoy dining at the Beverwyck, Neff's "Conscious Cuisine" cookbook has plenty of recipes.
