Twenty 'Occupy Albany' arrests

— Around 12:55 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 15, Patricia E. Michel, 55, of Saratoga Springs, was arrested by State Police troopers when she entered Layfayette Park in Albany and refused to leave when instructed, according to police reports. Michel was charged with trespass and issued an appearance ticket to appear in Albany City Court on Nov. 29, according to police reports.

Nineteen members of the Occupy Albany encampment were arrested on Monday, Nov. 14, after they entered Layfayette Park in Albany and remained beyond the park’s closing hour of 11 p.m., refusing an order to leave the park, according to State Police reports.

The following people were charged with trespass and disorderly conduct and issued appearance tickets to appear in Albany City Court on Nov. 29: Matthew D. Cragan, 28, of West Berne; Michael J. Lamorre, 57, of Albany (also arrested Sunday, Nov. 13); Bradley W. Russell, 39, of Albany (also arrested Sunday, Nov. 13); Timothy L. Holmes, 48, of West Chazy; Moses W. Clark, 21, of Albany; Charlene L. Lynch, 41, of Chesapeake, Va.(also arrested Saturday and Sunday, Nov. 12 and 13); Robert B. Eaton, 33, of Albany(also arrested Sunday, Nov. 13); Sheila A. Fitzgerald, 24, of Troy(also arrested Saturday, Nov. 12); Christine M. Lynch, 38, of Ballston Spa(also arrested Sunday, Nov. 13); Brian W. Mungavin, 31, of Troy; Rick P. Borecki, 27, of Colonie(also arrested Saturday, Nov. 12); Walter I Schoonmaker Jr., 25, of Colonie(also arrested Saturday, Nov. 12); Rhiannon D. Hill-Caitlin, 29, of Colonie(also arrested on Saturday, Nov. 12); Rachel M. Carter, 22, of Troy; Soojee Eckardt-Rigberg,16, of Delmar(also arrested Saturday, Nov. 12); Michael C. Hinglebone, 19, of Schenectady(also arrested Sunday, Nov. 13); John W. Weidman, 22,, of Coleman, Fla.(also arrested Saturday and Sunday, Nov. 12 and 13); Christopher J. Anderson, 35, of Schenectady; Russell D. Bridge, 40, of Albany(also arrested Saturday, Nov. 12).
