Schuylerville closed the gap on Ryan Mulligan’s 4-yard touchdown run in the second quarter, but the two-point conversion failed. That proved to be critical as the Black Horses could only tie the game at 14 in the third quarter on Austin Cook’s 27-yard touchdown run and Mulligan’s conversion pass to Ryan Carte.

Schuylerville kept RCS out of the end zone in the second half, but Hoose’s 25-yard field goal proved to be too much for the Black Horses to overcome.

Greco rushed for 104 yards to lead the Indians, who advanced to Friday’s Class B semifinal game at Schalmont. The Sabres (8-0) eased past Hudson 47-0 in their quarterfinal game last weekend.
