Saratoga Editor, The Spotlight:
I believe that the Milton Republican party is taking steps to get to exactly where it needs to be. The party’s willingness to adapt and shake things up is a testament to their ability to look at the true issues and matters at hand. I, for one, am encouraged by this newfound energy and look forward to voting for the whole slate of candidates.
You couldn’t ask for a better mix of new ideas and experienced knowledge. The team, from its newcomers Lewza for Supervisor, Kerr for Council and Sommer for Tax Receiver to our reliable incumbents Councilman Miranda, Town Clerk Mevec, Highway Superintendent Forbes and Judge Schroeder, jointly will work to make Milton the best town we’ve ever had.
A spark of energy has been lit in our little town, and it will spur tremendous growth and rebirth in our community and government. With a solid conservative background that emphasizes fiscal prudence and the free-thinking independence that will help develop better strategies and policies to best serve each of us, the Milton Republican team has the tools to serve us well.
I ask fellow Republican, Conservative and Independence voters to help continue adding to this momentum of positive change. Please vote November 8 for the team that will help shape Milton for the future – vote Republican.
