Members of the Colonie Emergency Services, government officials and residents of the Town of Colonie came together on Sunday, Sept. 11, to honor those that had passed during the 2001 terrorist attacks. Colonie Supervisor Paula Mahan said it was an event that many will never forget.

"I don't think we'll ever outlive the terror of 9/11 or the grief of that day," she said.
