SCOTIA — The Scotia-Glenville field hockey team won its first game of the season by edging Emma Willard 1-0 Monday.
Allie Reed scored off an assist by Mikayla Thomas, and goaltender Patricia Haffner made seven saves for the Lady Tartans. Zoe McGuire had three saves for Emma Willard.
