The Fort Salem Theater is an off-Broadway theater on the Vermont border in Southern Washington County.
“Our final show of the season,” three original mini-musicals Kerr wrote with local collaborator Al Budde, “explores marriage and business partnerships and friendships.” “Significant Others” features a cast of Broadway and film performers, including Bill Carmichael, from the original casts of “Forbidden Broadway” and “Mamma Mia!,” and Jim Raposa, one of Hollywood’s “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles” and Broadway’s “Cats.”
“It’s the Real Deal here in Salem,” Kerr claims. “In this little town, in the middle of everywhere, credentialed performers come to entertain and enjoy the process of putting on a show without the pressure of pleasing big city reviewers. The result is the best, most professional theater in the region at community theater prices.”
“The Singing Anchors On Broadway” will perform through Sunday, July 22, with evening shows and matinees. For information and to order tickets, please check out the theater website (fortsalemtheater.com) or call the box office: (518) 854-9200.
