Letter: Candidate’s government experience should be considered an asset

I hope to take the expertise and knowledge I developed over 25 years of working for sustainable economic development and energy innovation in the state and use it for the benefit of our local community. Regardless of where individuals may have developed and honed their skills - in the home, educational institutions, the private sector, non-profit organizations, the military, and yes, even in government agencies - everyone should be encouraged to contribute their particular expertise towards solving the very difficult challenges Bethlehem faces. It is the voter’s job to become educated about and assess the value of each candidate’s experience and commitments for service in public office.

William Reinhardt

Candidate, Bethlehem Town Board
