— “When Dom is streaking like that, it opens things up down low for Joe (Cremo) and the driving lanes for Andrew (Tabbert),” said Giammattei.

“When we’re moving the ball well, we’re tough to stop,” said Cremo. “Right now, we’re moving the ball well.”

Cremo poured in 20 points to lead Scotia-Glenville’s offense. Tabbert joined LeMorta in the 17-point club, and Sausville added 11 points.

The Tartans have one game left in the regular season -- a Monday Foothills Council match-up against Queensbury (8-5, 8-8). After that they await their seed for the Section II Class A playoffs, where Giammattei said they will find some new challenges.

“There are five different leagues coming into (the Class A playoffs), and with that you get five different (playing) styles,” said Giammattei. “So, you’re back to square one.”
