Boys lacrosse: Guilderland handles Bethlehem

Balanced attack helps Dutchmen defeat the Eagles

— Eight Guilderland players scored goals in Friday's 11-3 Suburban Council boys lacrosse victory over Bethlehem.

Jake Smith recorded a hat trick, and Brad Johnston tallied twice for the Dutchmen (9-4 league, 10-5 overall). Nick Bailly and Kevin Dyer added a goal and an assist apiece.

John Fredette, Tyler Bugbee and Joe Verstandig scored Bethlehem's goals, and goaltender Dan Comber made 27 saves.
