There are more than just classes at The Little Gym, there are camps during the school breaks and “parent survival nights” and birthday parties. When kids are enrolled in classes they can come to practice time, which is where kids can come in, and work on skills they learned in their class.

One of the goals of the gym is to give children the basic skills to move forward with a healthy lifestyle.

“Instilling healthy habits at an early age can help reduce the risk of developing serious illnesses and contribute to the development of a healthy body image,” said Sidor. “It can also help children perform better in class and can be critical to children’s future emotional well-being in both their personal and professional lives.”
