“We’re not just here to do business,” Hancox said. “We’re here to be a part of the community. You have to give back.”
Does the opening of a second Lou-Bea’s Pizza mean there will be more new locations on the horizon? Hancox, who has worn many professional hats over the years — working as a financial advisor and as one of the partners who helped reopen the Lark Tavern after its 2010 fire — isn’t ruling it out.
“We’re considering continuing to expand,” Hancox demurred. “We’re adapting and adjusting on the fly.”
Lou-Bea’s Pizza is located at 376 Delaware Ave., Albany (463-1992), and 159 Delaware Ave., Delmar (729-3123). For more information, visit www.lou-beaspizza.com.
