RealtyUSA’s Anthony Sabatino has a handle on commercial real-estate sales

More than 20 years ago, Sabatino started out with his father in the real estate business for restaurants, nightclubs and liquor stores. In 1990, he took a couple years off and stayed at home with his children while his wife returned to the business world.

After his children started attending school, he decided to pursue commercial real estate and found RealtyUSA to be the “best fit” for him. He’s been with the company for two decades.

“I have been their top commercial broker for the last seven years, and I’ve won countless awards,” he said.

The core services Sabatino offers include providing market research, advisory services, and brokerage services for seller or landlord representation and buyer or tenant representation. Sabatino focuses on offering clients personal attention while proactively participating in all facets of a transaction.

“Taking care of the client and always doing the right thing for both parties, the buyer and the seller, is what’s important to me,” Sabatino said.
