LETTER: Troop 75 lends a hand in Treasure Cove move

Editor, The Spotlight;

On behalf of those connected with the Treasure Cove, the thrift shop run by volunteers of the First United Methodist Church of Delmar, we would like to sincerely thank the members of Troop 75 of the Boy Scouts, their leaders and their parents who came to help us move our inventory from the church to our new home on Adams Street.

They cheerfully rolled racks of clothing and carried boxes and baskets with other items so we could set up our sale from the new venue. We are very grateful for their help, which made quick work of moving everything to the new space.

We invite everyone to visit us there from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Tuesdays, and beginning on July 19 new Saturday hours from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Barbara Wiley
