Residents of Ballston who use Outlet Road and Route 50 may want to give themselves an extra twenty minutes or so starting today, Monday, Oct. 26 until Thursday, Oct. 29. Canadian Rail, or CSX, is upgrading a railroad crossing. Detours are posted.
