“Community Workshops” are being held throughout the district, and residents are encouraged to attend any one of them. The next Community Workshop will be held on Monday,Nov. 9 at 6:30 p.m. in the Malta Community Center on Route 9 and another on Tuesday, Nov. 17 at 6:30 p.m. in the Ballston Town Hall on Charlton Road.
The Board of Education and the Facilities Planning Team, consisting of representatives from a wide variety of organizations, was organized last spring and is determining the next steps to address the school district's facility needs. Meetings are being held on various evenings and are open to the public.
