The Friends of Five Rivers and DEC will once again be coordinating a Fall Festival on Saturday, Sept. 17, from noon to 4 p.m. The free event will feature plenty of interactive learning stations, experts on nature and gardening as well as food and drink. The Friends will hold a membership drive in anticipation of the preserve's 40th anniversary next year.
