    * ACCUMULATIONS...STORM TOTALS OF 5 TO 9 INCHES IN THE MOST
    PERSISTENT LAKE SNOWS.
    * WINDS...WEST 15 TO 20 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 30 MPH PRODUCING BLOWING
    AND DRIFTING SNOW.
    * WIND CHILL VALUES...AS LOW AS 15 BELOW ZERO.
    * VISIBILITIES...AS LOW AS A QUARTER MILE AT TIMES.
    * IMPACTS...LAKE EFFECT SNOW WILL PRODUCE DIFFICULT TRAVEL WITH
    LOW VISIBILITY AND SNOW COVERED ROADS TONIGHT AND SATURDAY
    MORNING. BITTERLY COLD WIND CHILLS WILL RESULT IN DANGEROUS
