    ...LAKE EFFECT SNOW WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM TUESDAY EVENING
    THROUGH WEDNESDAY MORNING...
    * LOCATIONS...NORTHERN PORTIONS OF CHAUTAUQUA AND CATTARAUGUS
    COUNTIES...AND WESTERN PORTIONS OF WYOMING COUNTY.
    * TIMING...THROUGH LATE WEDNESDAY MORNING.
    * ACCUMULATIONS...ACCUMULATIONS OF 3 TO 6 INCHES IN MOST
    PERSISTENT SNOWS TONIGHT INTO TUESDAY MORNING. THEN ANOTHER
    ROUND OF SNOW TUESDAY NIGHT AND WEDNESDAY MORNING HAS THE
    POTENTIAL TO BRING AN ADDITIONAL 6 TO 10 INCHES POSSIBLE IN
    THE MOST PERSISTENT LAKE SNOWS.
    * WINDS...WEST 10 TO 20 MPH.
    * VISIBILITIES...BELOW A QUARTER MILE AT TIMES.
    * IMPACTS...A NARROW BAND OF HEAVY SNOW WILL DEVELOP THIS
    EVENING...AND GRADUALLY LIFT NORTH FROM NEAR DUNKIRK INTO
    SOUTHERN ERIE COUNTY. HEAVIEST SNOWS WILL BE ALONG THE
    LAKESHORE...INCLUDING THE THRUWAY. SNOWFALL RATES OF 1 TO 2
    INCHES AN HOUR CAN BE EXPECTED. THIS BAND WILL WEAKEN ON
    TUESDAY...BUT INTENSIFY TUESDAY EVENING AND NIGHT. SNOW WILL
    GREATLY REDUCE VISIBILITIES AND RESULT IN SNOW COVERED
    ROADWAYS...RESULTING IN HAZARDOUS DRIVING CONDITIONS AT TIMES.
    * FORECASTER CONFIDENCE...MEDIUM IN THE WATCH. THERE IS STILL
    SOME UNCERTAINTY AS TO THE EXACT LOCATION AND INTENSITY OF THE
    LAKE EFFECT SNOW BANDS.
