  • ...HEAVY SNOW CONTINUES TO IMPACT WESTERN NEW YORK...
    * A BAND OF HEAVY SNOW PRODUCING SNOWFALL RATES OF 2 TO 3 INCHES
    PER HOUR...AND VISIBILITY NEAR ZERO WILL CONTINUE TO SETTLE
    SOUTH AND EAST ACROSS WESTERN NEW YORK OVER THE NEXT COUPLE OF
    HOURS. THIS BAND OF HEAVY SNOW WILL BE REINFORCED BY THE ARCTIC
    FRONT MOVING INTO WESTERN NEW YORK. WINDS WILL INCREASE ALONG
    AND BEHIND THE ARCTIC FRONT...PRODUCING WIND GUSTS TO 30 MPH AND
    BLOWING SNOW.
    * DRIVING WITHIN THIS SNOW BAND WILL BE VERY DIFFICULT WITH SNOW
    COVERED ROADS AND VERY POOR VISIBILITY. IF TRAVELING ACROSS THE
    AREA ALLOW FOR PLENTY OF EXTRA TIME TO REACH YOUR DESTINATION.
    * IF YOU MUST TRAVEL...BE PREPARED BY HAVING AN EMERGENCY
    KIT...EXTRA BLANKETS AND WARM CLOTHING IN THE EVENT THAT YOUR
