    THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING...WINDS AROUND 40 MPH...FREQUENT
    LIGHTNING...AND HEAVY RAIN. THIS STORM WAS LOCATED NEAR RED
    HOOK...OR ABOUT 6 MILES NORTHEAST OF RHINEBECK...AND MOVING
    NORTHEAST AT 25 MPH.
    THIS STORM IS MOVING OVER SATURATED GROUND...WHERE ONE TO TWO INCHES
    HAS ALREADY FALLEN. ONE TO TWO INCHES WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH THIS
    STORM IN A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME...LEADING TO LOCALIZED POOR DRAINAGE
    FLOODING.
