    SOUTHWESTERN CLINTON COUNTY IN NORTHERN NEW YORK...
    SOUTHEASTERN FRANKLIN COUNTY IN NORTHERN NEW YORK...
    NORTHWESTERN ESSEX COUNTY IN NORTHERN NEW YORK...
    * UNTIL 1100 AM EDT THURSDAY
    * SARANAC LAKE VILLAGE OFFICIALS REPORTED CONTINUED FLOODING IN
    SARANAC LAKE VILLAGE AND SAINT ARMAND. RIVER FLOWS FROM LAKE
    FLOWER INTO THE SARANAC RIVER WILL REMAIN HIGH AND A FLOOD THREAT
    CONTINUES FOR LOW LYING AREAS ALONG THE RIVER.
    * SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...SARANAC
    LAKE VILLAGE...HARRIETSTOWN...RIVERVIEW...LAKE
    COLBY...ONCHIOTA...ALDER BROOK...VERMONTVILLE...LOON
    LAKE...HAWKEYE...FRANKLIN FALLS...BLOOMINGDALE...WAWBEEK.
    UPPER REACHES OF THE SARANAC RIVER AS WELL AS THE SARANAC LAKE
    SYSTEM HAVE RECEIVED EIGHT TO TEN INCHES OF RAIN OVER THE PAST
    MONTH. THESE LAKES ARE FULL AND SPILLING OVER INTO THE SARANAC RIVER
    WHICH IS CAUSING FLOODING DOWNSTREAM. PAST RAINFALL ACCUMULATIONS
    WILL CONTINUE TO CAUSE FLOODING, ALTHOUGH TRIBUTARIES THAT FEED THE
    RIVER ARE BEGINNING TO RECEDE AND WILL HELP LESSEN THE FLOODING.
