    * WIDESPREAD RAIN HAS FALLEN WITH OBSERVED AMOUNTS OF 1 TO 1.5
    INCHES. SCATTERED RAIN SHOWERS WILL CONTINUE TONIGHT INTO MONDAY
    MORNING, PRODUCING AN ADDITIONAL QUARTER TO HALF INCH OF
    RAINFALL POSSIBLE.
    * RIVER FLOWS ACROSS THE AREA CONTINUE TO RUN VERY HIGH AND WELL
    ABOVE NORMAL DUE TO NEAR RECORD RAINFALL RECEIVED THIS MONTH.
    ADDITIONAL RAIN FALLING ON ALREADY SATURATED GROUNDS WILL
    CAUSE SOME RIVERS AND STREAMS TO RISE OVER BANKFULL...ALONG
    WITH MINOR FLOODING OF LOW LYING AND POOR DRAINAGE AREAS. HIGH
    FLOWS ON RIVERS AND STREAMS WILL ALSO POSE HAZARDS TO
    RECREATIONAL WATER ACTIVITIES.
