    WILL RESULT IN SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WITH TORRENTIAL RAINFALL
    WHICH MAY RESULT IN SIGNIFICANT LOCALIZED FLOODING.

    COUNTIES...JEFFERSON...LEWIS AND OSWEGO.
    * THROUGH LATE TONIGHT.
    * A SLOW MOVING COLD FRONT CROSSING WESTERN NEW YORK WILL RESULT
    IN SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS LATE THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING.
    SUCCESSIVE DOWNPOURS ALONG THE FRONT COULD MOVE OVER THE SAME
    AREAS...LEADING TO SIGNIFICANT LOCALIZED RAINFALL AMOUNTS.
    * EXCESSIVE RUNOFF PRODUCED BY LOCALIZED HEAVY RAINFALL LATE
    THURSDAY AND THURSDAY NIGHT MAY RESULT IN RAPID RISES ON SMALL
    STREAMS AND CREEKS IN ADDITION TO POOR DRAINAGE AREAS. BE
