    SOUTHERN END OF THE COUNTY.
    * TIMING...LAKE EFFECT SNOW WARNING THROUGH 4 AM FRIDAY. WIND
    CHILL ADVISORY THROUGH LATE FRIDAY MORNING.
    * ACCUMULATIONS...4 TO 7 INCHES TONIGHT.
    * WINDS...WEST 10 TO 20 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 35 MPH THIS EVENING.
    * WIND CHILLS...AS LOW AS 20 BELOW ZERO AT TIMES.
    * VISIBILITIES...LESS THAN A QUARTER MILE AT TIMES.
    * IMPACTS...LAKE EFFECT SNOW WILL RESULT IN SNOW COVERED ROADS AND
    GREATLY REDUCED VISIBILITIES...MAKING TRAVEL VERY DIFFICULT AT
    TIMES. GUSTY WINDS WILL PRODUCE CONSIDERABLE BLOWING AND
    DRIFTING SNOW WITH NEAR WHITEOUT CONDITIONS AT TIMES. BITTERLY
    COLD WIND CHILLS WILL PRODUCE THE RISK OF FROSTBITE AND
    HYPOTHERMIA FOR ANYONE OUTSIDE WITHOUT PROPER CLOTHING FOR AN
    EXTENDED PERIOD OF TIME.
