    * LOCATIONS...MONROE COUNTY. GREATEST SNOW EXPECTED ALONG AND
    NORTH OF ROUTE 104 AND IN THE EASTERN SUBURBS OF ROCHESTER.
    * TIMING...THROUGH THIS MORNING.
    * ACCUMULATIONS...ANOTHER 1 TO 3 INCHES THIS MORNING.
    * WIND CHILLS...15 BELOW ZERO.
    * VISIBILITIES...LESS THAN A HALF MILE AT TIMES.
    * IMPACTS...LAKE EFFECT SNOW WILL MAKE TRAVEL VERY DIFFICULT
    TONIGHT...ESPECIALLY NEAR THE LAKESHORE WHERE LAKE EFFECT SNOWS
    WILL BE MOST PERSISTENT. BITTERLY COLD WIND CHILLS WILL PRODUCE
    THE RISK OF FROSTBITE AND HYPOTHERMIA FOR ANYONE OUTSIDE WITHOUT
    PROPER CLOTHING FOR AN EXTENDED PERIOD OF TIME.
