    * TIMING...THE LAKE EFFECT SNOW WATCH IS IN EFFECT FROM EARLY
    SATURDAY EVENING THROUGH EARLY SUNDAY EVENING. THE WIND CHILL
    WATCH IS IN EFFECT FROM OVERNIGHT SATURDAY NIGHT THROUGH LATE
    MONDAY MORNING.
    * HAZARDS...HEAVY LAKE EFFECT SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW.
    * WIND CHILL VALUES SATURDAY NIGHT THROUGH MONDAY MORNING...AS
    LOW AS 30 BELOW ZERO.
    * ACCUMULATIONS...SNOW POTENTIALLY ACCUMULATING 4 TO 7 INCHES IN
    THE MOST PERSISTENT LAKE SNOWS.
    * WINDS...NORTHWEST 20 TO 30 MPH.
    * VISIBILITIES...LESS THAN A QUARTER MILE AT TIMES.
    * IMPACTS...DANGEROUSLY COLD WIND CHILLS OVER THE WEEKEND CAN
    BRING FROSTBITE AND HYPOTHERMIA IF NOT DRESSED PROPERLY. LAKE
    EFFECT SNOW AND WIDESPREAD BLOWING SNOW SATURDAY NIGHT AND
    SUNDAY WILL PRODUCE VERY DIFFICULT TRAVEL WITH SNOW COVERED
    ROADS. BLOWING SNOW WILL BRING NEAR ZERO VISIBILITIES.
