    BEEN DETECTED DOWN ACROSS THAT AREA EARLY THIS MORNING...WHICH
    SHOULD TRANSLATE INTO THE TRI-STATE BETWEEN 4 AND 8 AM.
    * THIS HEAVY RAINFALL COMBINED WITH APPROACHING HIGH TIDE HAS
    POTENTIAL TO CAUSE SOME URBAN AND LOW-LYING FLASH FLASH FLOODING
    HEADING INTO THE MORNING COMMUTE.
