    * PORTIONS OF NEW YORK AND NORTHEAST PENNSYLVANIA...INCLUDING
    THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...IN NEW YORK...DELAWARE...NORTHERN
    ONEIDA...OTSEGO...SOUTHERN ONEIDA AND SULLIVAN. IN NORTHEAST
    PENNSYLVANIA...LACKAWANNA...LUZERNE...NORTHERN WAYNE...PIKE...
    SOUTHERN WAYNE AND WYOMING.
    * THROUGH LATE TONIGHT
    * RAIN WILL BECOME MODERATE TO HEAVY AT TIMES WHICH COULD PRODUCE
    WATER PROBLEMS IN SOME AREAS.
    * STORM TOTAL RAIN AMOUNTS WILL RANGE FROM 1 TO 1.5 INCHES FOR THE
    UPPER MOHAWK VALLEY TO UPPER SUSQUEHANNA REGIONS...AND 1.5 T0
    2.0 INCHES IN THE WESTERN CATSKILLS TO POCONOS WITH LOCALLY
    HIGHER AMOUNTS. SERIOUS FLOODING IS NOT ANTICIPATED...BUT THERE
    IS A CHANCE OF MINOR SMALL STREAM FLOODING...ALONG WITH PONDING
    OF WATER IN BASEMENTS...STORM DRAINS...AND OTHER USUAL PROBLEM
    AREAS. MAIN RIVERS WILL EXPERIENCE SIGNIFICANT RISES...BUT ARE
    CURRENTLY EXPECTED TO REMAIN WITHIN THEIR BANKS.
