    * TIMING...LAKE EFFECT SNOW WARNING THROUGH LATE THIS AFTERNOON.
    WIND CHILL ADVISORY THROUGH THIS MORNING.
    * ACCUMULATIONS...AN ADDITIONAL 2 TO 4 INCHES TODAY.
    * WIND CHILLS...20 BELOW ZERO.
    * VISIBILITIES...LESS THAN A QUARTER MILE AT TIMES.
    * IMPACTS...LAKE EFFECT SNOW WILL RESULT IN SNOW COVERED ROADS
    AND GREATLY REDUCED VISIBILITIES...MAKING TRAVEL VERY
    DIFFICULT AT TIMES. BITTERLY COLD WIND CHILLS WILL PRODUCE THE
    RISK OF FROSTBITE AND HYPOTHERMIA FOR ANYONE OUTSIDE WITHOUT
    PROPER CLOTHING FOR AN EXTENDED PERIOD OF TIME.
