    EFFECT SNOW ADVISORY...UNTIL 7 AM EST WEDNESDAY.
    * LOCATIONS...SOUTHWESTERN SAINT LAWRENCE COUNTY OF NEW YORK.
    * HAZARD TYPES...MODERATE SNOW.
    * ACCUMULATIONS...UP TO 8 INCHES OF SNOW...MAINLY SOUTH OF DE
    KALB.
    * MAXIMUM SNOWFALL RATE...UP TO ONE HALF INCH PER HOUR OVERNIGHT
    IN LOCALIZED BANDS.
    * TIMING...A LAKE EFFECT SNOW BAND WILL CONTINUE TO PRODUCE
    OCCASIONAL AREAS MODERATE SNOW ACROSS THE ADVISORY AREA TONIGHT.
    * IMPACTS...TRAVEL WILL BE SLOW DUE TO ACCUMULATING SNOW AND LOW
    VISIBILITY CAUSED BY BLOWING SNOW.
    * WINDS...SOUTHWEST 10 TO 20 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 25 MPH.
    * TEMPERATURES...LOWS AROUND ZERO.
    * VISIBILITIES...LESS THAN A HALF MILE AT TIMES DUE TO SNOW AND
    BLOWING SNOW.
