    * LOCATIONS...SOUTHEASTERN ST. LAWRENCE COUNTY OF NEW
    YORK...INCLUDING THE TOWNS OF FINE AND STAR LAKE.
    * HAZARD TYPES...LIGHT TO MODERATE SNOW.
    * ACCUMULATIONS...2 TO 5 INCHES OF SNOW.
    * MAXIMUM SNOWFALL RATE...UP TO A HALF INCH PER HOUR.
    * TIMING...A LAKE ONTARIO SNOW BAND WILL CONTINUE TO BRING
    MODERATE TO BRIEFLY HEAVY SNOW ACROSS THE ADVISORY AREA THROUGH
    THE OVERNIGHT HOURS BEFORE DISSIPATING EARLY SUNDAY MORNING.
    * IMPACTS...HAZARDOUS TRAVEL DUE TO SNOW COVERED ROADS AND
    REDUCED VISIBILITY IN SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW.
    * WINDS...SOUTHWEST 10 TO 15 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 25 MPH.
    * TEMPERATURES...LOWS 5 TO 10 ABOVE.
