    * TEMPERATURES...ZERO TO 15 BELOW EARLY THIS MORNING RISING TO
    LOWER TO MID 20S THIS AFTERNOON AND REMAINING STEADY TONIGHT.
    * ACCUMULATIONS...2 TO 5 INCHES OF SNOW.
    * TIMING...SNOW WILL DEVELOP LATE THIS MORNING AND LAST OFF AND ON
